My Evolution theory says the majority (98%) of people are at animal level (level of the first 3 chakras).
For example the politicians are elected by people at animal level; that is why we do not have high level people as politicians.
We have: capitalists and communists countries, education for people at animal level, televisions for people at animal level…
If you are high level people it is not easy to live in such society!
