Tatiana Parkhalina, Director of the Center for European Security:We should realize well that it will be long and relatively complicated negotiations between NATO and Russia on the missile defense system. The fact is that in Lisbon during the NATO-Russia summit at the end of November two sides demonstrated two approaches vis-à-vis the shaping of the system.
